Refund policy

At Eizella, we want you to love every piece. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached. Sale items are eligible under the same policy.

Refunds: Approved returns will be issued as store credit only.

Return Shipping: Responsibility of return shipping costs will be subjected to return reason/cause.
