SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Domestic Shipping (UAE): Standard delivery within the UAE takes 2–5 business days. Express delivery options may be available at checkout.

GCC & International Shipping: We ship to GCC countries and select international destinations. Delivery times vary by location — typically 5–10 business days. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Delays: Eizella UAE is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.
